Do you offer samples?

All orders qualify for two free samples. Orders with a sub-total of $250 will quality for an additional deluxe sample. At this time samples cannot be requested or pre-selected but will be included with your shipment. While unlikely to occur, we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, missing or defective.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

All orders with a sub-total of $99 CAD qualify for free expedited shipping via Canada Post. Orders under $99 CAD will pay $15 CAD for expedited shipping.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped expedited via Canada Post within 1-3 business days of purchase. Once your item has been shipped you’ll receive an Order Fulfillment email, including your tracking information.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped expedited via Canada Post. The time it takes to arrive will greatly depend on where in Canada you are located. Orders within Toronto's GTA should arrive within 2 to 5 business days, where as rural areas within Ontario or out of province may take a little longer. For estimated package arrival please refer to your tracking information.

What if my package is lost?

If your tracking information is stalled and not showing updates, or if it is indicating your package was delivered but was not, email support@roomone.ca.

I made a mistake with my shipping address, what can I do?

Send an email to support@roomone.ca within 1 hour of placing the order, and include your order number and correct shipping address in the email. Keep in mind it is your responsibility to accurately input your complete shipping address at checkout. Be sure to verify you've included the correct address, unit number (if applicable), and postal code. Failing to provide accurate shipping information may result in a returned item to the sender or a lost item. If an item needs to be re-shipped due to the customer's error in inputting their address correctly, they may incur additional fees.

Do you charge sales tax based on the province I live in?

You will be charged the applicable sales tax of your purchase subtotal based on the province you reside in.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within Canada only. If you wish to request a special order, please email support@roomone.ca with your request.

Can I update or cancel my order?

Please email support@roomone.ca if you would like to update or cancel your order. Unfortunately, due to fast processing times we may not be able to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. We will try our best to make any requested changes if possible before your item ships.

Do you offer contactless curbside pickup?

Contactless curbside pickup is available if you wish to do local pickup from Room One in Mississauga, Ontario. Orders must still be placed online and curbside pickup may be selected at checkout. Once your order has been placed, please email hello@roomone.ca to schedule a date and time. Same-Day pickup is available in most cases.
