Tools are never reused before they are thoroughly cleaned. All linens are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. No linens are ever reused before they are thoroughly cleaned. If at any time an item cannot be cleaned after use it is disposed of.

Why do you require such a thorough skin consult form at my first booking? Why do I need to submit a consent form for every visit?

Skin consult and treatment consent forms must be filled out by all clients. This information is collected in order to ensure we have a clear understanding of your medical history, medications, active topicals being used, allergies, recent surgeries, etc. This will enable us to clearly identify any contraindications to treatments or products. The goal is to always ensure you are an optimal candidate for treatment(s) and to identify if a treatment needs to be altered to suit your needs. Your health and safety is top priority - therefore it is mandatory to fill out all required forms and to be 100% honest in all answers. All medical information will be kept confidential and will abide to all privacy laws.

I'm under the age of 18, can I come in for a booking?

Can I bring my child to my booking and have them wait while I receive my treatment?

Infants and children are not permitted to attend bookings. We cannot monitor them throughout the duration of your visit, and for their safety and sanity, and in order for your to thoroughly enjoy your time in-studio we ask that children remain home.

I forgot a belonging at my booking, can I pick it up at my next visit?

You may be asked to remove jewelry for some treatments - they are placed in the jewelry tray in the treatment room. Room One does not assume liability for lost or forgotten personal items. If an item is forgotten and/or lost it is not Room One’s responsibility to reimburse or replace your item. If you realize you have forgotten an item, or are contacted about a forgotten item, it is highly recommended you pick it up at your earliest convenience.
