What's your cancellation policy?

Please note that cancellations within 48-hours of less of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, for any reason, as well as no-shows or appointments missed due to late arrival, will incur a $150 fee, charged to the credit card on file.

A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. If payment cannot be processed, future bookings may be cancelled and rebooking privileges suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and charged accordingly.

 

REPEAT CANCELLATIONS

If you make multiple bookings to "hold" future booking dates in our limited schedule and repeatedly cancel them, we reserve the right to cancel all your future bookings, as we aim to hold dates for our regular clients.

 

Do I need to have a credit card on file to book?

All clients must have a valid credit card on file in order to book via Room One's online booking system. This credit card is kept on file in order to adhere to the Cancellation Policy.

How do I reschedule or cancel my booking?

You may update your booking and make changes via the online booking system or by calling the studio at 416-839-6039. Please be aware that a cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file if you cancel within less than 48-hours or are a no-show to your booking.

I'm under the age of 18, can I come in for a booking?

If under the age of 18, we will require a parent or guardian to be present at your initial skin consult before your facial treatment. If you're under the age of 15, we will require a parent or guardian to be present at all times during your visit.

What payment methods do you accept in-studio?

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Debit, and Cash. Taxes and gratuities are not included in the service price.
